Step 1

Reach out to us by telling us what you need, where are you at in this journey and what time frame we are looking at. A few more questions in our online form will help us to connect you with an appropriate advisor.

Step 2

Our advisor will typically email you back within 48 hours with a response, and to setup, a free, no obligation 30 min consult via Skype or FaceTime. This is where we get to know you and your needs, we clarify our role in coaching, and we provide you with service options. Each option will be made available with clear pricing, performance objectives and timelines tailored to your needs.

Step 3

You select an option that has been provided to you based on the needs assessment and the direction you choose. Because we need to keep a balance with the number of thesis students we are coaching with the available coaches we have, you will have one week to decide if you want to enter our coaching agreement.

The coaching is calculated based on the graduation date and is no less than fourteen coaching sessions. The program involves weekly one-on-one coaching, bi-weekly email connections to ensure accountability, links to important information, references to books, literature on academic writing, and any thing else it takes to help the student get to their submission date.

STEP 4

Work the coaching plan, modify, adjust and work the coaching plan further until completion of the plan.

Our program coaches are lock step with you and meet with you more often than your professors. After your meetings with your professors or advisors, you will debrief with your thesis coach and new targets will be set and address all the comments from those meetings. Many of our clients indicate that their spouses don’t want to hear about their research any longer. Our methods create a community for you. You will become more confident in the direction of your thesis, and more confident when defending it!
